Your guide to transparent and straightforward business

The flat-rate scheme is currently one of the most popular forms of taxation for sole traders.

No need for the tedious task of collecting expense invoices means fewer documents and peace of mind. Wondering whether the 8.5%, 12% or perhaps 15% rate is right for you? We’ll analyse your business model, select the appropriate codes and manage your records with the utmost care.

What can we do for you?

Revenue records

We keep a detailed record of your income. All you need to do is issue and send us your sales invoices; we’ll take care of the rest.

Selection of rates (PKWiU)

We analyse your business activities and assign the appropriate, lowest possible flat-rate charges to your services in accordance with current regulations.

Tax returns and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)

We calculate and submit your monthly or quarterly tax returns on time, and we also handle the calculation of your social security contributions.

VAT registers

Are you on a flat-rate scheme but also registered for VAT? No problem. We’ll take care of all your VAT records and submit your JPK files.

Keeping track of limits

We keep a close eye on things. We monitor revenue thresholds (e.g. the VAT exemption threshold) to ensure you aren’t caught off guard by any additional obligations.

Annual tax return (PIT-28)

At the end of the year, we prepare and submit your annual tax return, taking into account all the tax reliefs to which you are entitled.

You issue the invoices, we keep an eye on the rates

With us, you don’t have to keep track of complicated changes in the law or the cost of health insurance contributions.
